Oakcroft is a small traditional family-run farm in the heart of Devon's beautiful and unspoiled countryside. For a relaxing holiday or short break away from it all, come and visit our delightful Devon farmhouse B & B, where warm and comfortable rooms and good local food will combine to give you a wonderful stay
Oakcroft benefits from underfloor heating throughout, is well insulated and double glazed, giving a living environment that is both carbon neutral and very comfortable. The house is heated by a ground source heat pump, we use 'green' electricity, and the water comes from our own bore-hole. We aim to minimise the environmental impact of our B & B as much as possible, whether by serving our own or local producefor meals, or using green energy to heat and light our home.
We have a kingsize (or Twin) , Double and a single room. All our rooms are either ensuite or have a private bathroom, are comfortably furnished with plenty of storage space for your things, and come equipped with:

• Tea and Coffee making facilities
• Hair-dryer
• Heated towel rail
• Towels
• Complimentary toiletries
• Extra blankets and pillows
• Internet access point

We can also offer evening meals by prior arrangement, made from locally sourced and home grown produce at around £12 - £20 We also welcome guests on business and are happy to arrange early breakfasts to suit, and we provide internet access points in the rooms.
Our Bed and Breakfast is situated on a working farm in the Ruby Country, so you may well encounter farmyard sights and sounds. However our secluded location in the heart of agricultural Devon means that there is minimal noise and light pollution, ideal for stargazing or just enjoying the peace and quiet. Located near the Devon-Cornwall county border we are ideally situated for visiting a wide range of attractions across two counties. The beautiful beaches of North Cornwall and Devon, the rugged appeal of Dartmoor and Bodmin moor and a huge selection of Heritage sites and tourist attractions are all within easy reach. Whether you enjoy visiting castles, gardens, museums, historical towns, or more active pursuits such as bird watching, walking, cycling, water sports and angling on the coast or at near-by Roadford Lake, we are sure there will be plenty for you to enjoy during your stay with us.
